ING’s Global Risk Talent Programme is a three-year traineeship for one of the most exciting careers in finance – risk professional at ING.ING’s risk management specialists identify, measure and assess the likelihood of certain events happening (everything from the everyday to the unthinkable), their potential impact should they happen – and devise ways to manage them.ING’s Global Risk Talent Programme is a unique chance to learn by doing.By the end of the traineeship, you’ll not only be an experienced risk professional, you’ll also be fully equipped to take the next step in your career.
In your first year, for example, you get to do two projects involving two of our four Risk specialisms: Market Risk, Credit Risk, Insurance Risk and Model Validation.Next, you spend two years deepening your knowledge of one of these fields and develop your consultancy and leadership skills. Forming part of an international team, you contribute to the development of innovative products and services, work with top management and colleagues around the world, and build up your network of contacts.
